Pizza with eggplant, gypsy muscles and chicken


Dough:

1. Mix flour with a little salt and rosemary. Pour into a bowl and put the butter at room temperature in the middle (I started it late so I heated the butter in the microwave a little) and knead well until the dough sticks to my hands.

2. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Topping:

1. Onions are washed, cleaned and cut into scales; washed mushrooms are cut into thin slices, as well as tomatoes; we cut the chicken pipe into cubes, we cut the gypsy muscle into sticks and the cheese into slices. We clean the eggplants and cut them into slices.

Assembly

1. Take the dough out of the fridge, spread it on the work table, sprinkled with a little flour, and spread it well.

2. Place the dough in the oven tray, lined with baking paper, push it from place to place with a fork and put the topping: tomato slices, onions, eggplant, mussels and chicken pipette. Wrap nicely with the cheese slices, sprinkle with a little pepper and put it in the preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.

Peasant Potato Salad With Gypsy Muscles

1. Put the potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water and cook for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on their size. Drain and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.

2. When the potatoes are cold enough, cut them into small pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

3. Add celery, ham, parsley, onion and dill to the potatoes. Stir, then add yogurt, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Mix and add the boiled egg, cut into pieces. Serve at room temperature.

2. Bake the eggplant at 180 ° Celsius for about 20 minutes, preferably in a static oven. Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Coarsely chop Fontina cheese.

Recipe for eggplant rolls with cheese and gypsy edges it can be prepared with another type of meat: pressed ham, fillet muscles, etc.

Peel aubergine and cut it into 3-4 lengths and about 4-5 cm wide, so that you get 10-14 slices. On a plate, place the eggplant slices and sprinkle with salt. Leave them. Along the length of the pepper, cut thin strips of about 3 mm.

In a bowl, break the eggs, put the flour, mineral water, salt and pepper. Homogenize them with a spoon to get like a thick cream.

With a paper towel, dab the eggplant strips and start preparing the rolls: take a strip of eggplant, over which you place a piece of cheese and a piece of muscle, one in extension of the other. Cut with a knife that exceeds the width of the eggplant. Then place a strip of pepper, one red, one green, one on cheese, one on muscle and start rolling. After tightening the roller, fix it with 2 toothpicks with which you pierce from top to bottom, left and right.

After you have finished preparing these eggplant rolls with cheese and gypsy muscles and with slices of pepper, put on the fire a cauldron or a deeper bowl, put the oil, pass the rolls through the mixture with egg and flour and fry them one by one. During frying, you will turn the rolls quite often, sometimes on one side, sometimes on the other, and with a whisk you will gather and throw away the excess dough that burns and makes the oil bitter.

The about 15 eggplant rolls with cheese you will take them out on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

Flower pizza with ham and puff pastry

I'm sure you've seen videos online with this kind of twisted dough, with various fillings.

I liked it for the first time since I saw it, but only now I managed to prepare something like this.

Today, oh flower pizza with ham and puff pastry, tomato sauce and mozzarella.

I recommend not to put too much stuffing, it will flow when twisted & # 128578

I used the tomato sauce made for mini meat pies, from a can you get a little more sauce

than is needed in the recipe (but, in the absence of time, you can also use ketchup).

800 g puff pastry (2 pcs x 400g)

100 g pressed ham (gypsy muscles I used)

For home made tomato sauce:

a can of Sun Food tomatoes

1 teaspoon onion granules

1 teaspoon chilli sauce (optional)

How come:

Thaw the puff pastry dough at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator.

We cut two circles from the two puff pastry with the help of one plate (I spread the puff pastry with the facet, wide).

Put the puff pastry in the tray with baking paper, put the sauce, put the ham on top and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Put the other sheet of dough on top and press well with your palms on the whole surface, to make the adhesion.

Put in the center a bowl / glass with a diameter of about 8-10 cm and cut rays as in the photo (first in the cross then cut the rest,

to obtain equal strips). Carefully twist each strip of dough cut, taking care not to leak the filling

(twist them all in the same direction).

Grease the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame / poppy seeds (optional).

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20-22 minutes.

We eat it with appetite, warm, but even colder it is good.

Put the canned tomatoes in a saucepan, grind them a little with the hand blender, add salt, sugar,

onion granules, oil, chilli sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the last 5-6 minutes, add the crushed garlic.

You can use any of your favorite herbs: basil, thyme, rosemary or dried dill.
