Dough: In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and then cut the butter into small pieces. Knead then add the yolk. Turn over on the work table and knead until the dough binds. Divide into two pieces, form balls, wrap in cling film and place in the freezer until the cream is ready.

Filling: Crush the urda with a fork, add the yogurt, yolks, vanilla sugar and mix well until you get a fine and slightly soft cream. Beat the egg whites separately until they harden. With light movements, incorporate the egg whites into the urda cream.

Wash the apricots, peel the seeds and cut into 4 slices.

Wallpaper a tray with baking paper, measuring 20x30 cm. Remove a ball from the freezer and put it on the grater with large holes. Cover the entire surface of the tray with grated dough and press lightly. Place the apricot slices with the middle part up. Pour the urda cream, level it then put the raspberries. Remove the other ball from the freezer and scrape on top, on the entire surface.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Bake in the oven and allow to cool completely before serving. Powder with powdered sugar and serve.

Ingredient:

  • 4 eggs

Method of preparation

Rub the butter with the powdered sugar in a bowl until it becomes a creamy foam. Separate the eggs, add the yolks one by one over the composition, and beat the egg whites until a hard foam is formed.

Add the flour to the bowl over the composition, alternating with the egg white foam, mixing with the wooden spoon at the bottom and at the top. Prepare a tray greased with butter, margarine or oil, line with flour, pour the composition and even out with the blade of a knife. Place the well-drained cherries in rows.

Cook at the right heat until lightly browned on top. After it cools, cut it into squares of the right size and dust with vanilla flour. It's a delicious cake, especially cold, and it's very filling. If you want, instead of sugar, you can pour a chocolate cream (boiled) on top. It penetrates the pieces of cake and syrups them.

Breakfast: a bowl full of buffalo yogurt, oatmeal and strawberries!

Lunch: tuna salad with corn, red onion and strips of parmesan

Dinner: 2 medium french fries (actually baked on baking paper) with cucumber salad and mustard sauce
