Get it ready in just 10 minutes:

Ingredient:
1 can of tuna
2-3 boiled eggs
1 lettuce
1 spinach
2 bell peppers
1 red onion
100g olives
100g sheep cheese
100g cherry tomatoes

For dressing:
100ml balsamic vinegar
100ml oil
100ml white wine
salt, pepper, basil

Method of preparation:
Remove the canned fish and drain in a colander. Wash lettuce, onion, tomatoes,
spinach, peppers and peel them.
For the sauce, mix the vinegar with the oil and wine until smooth. Then season to taste
with salt, pepper and basil. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters.
In a suitable large bowl, place the vegetables. Sprinkle with the prepared sauce and mix gently.
Add the fish, eggs, olives and sheep cheese and then serve.

Tuna bulgur salad

A food with an oriental touch, fast and very healthy.

Ingredient:

a large green salad, 200 grams of bulgur, a can of 250 grams, tuna in oil, 6-7 cherry tomatoes, three bunches of green onions, 100 grams of olives, salt, pepper, juice from a lemon, dried thyme, powder.

put the bulgur (it is prepared from durum wheat, pre-boiled and then dried, being specific to Turkish, Indian and Oriental cuisine and is a healthy substitute for rice) in a bowl and pour over hot water to cover it. It should stay in the water for about 15-20 minutes, until it swells and softens. With a fork, mix well in the bulgur so that it dissolves. Finely chop the onion, wash and chop the salad, wash and cut the tomatoes in half.
Drain the canned tuna oil and cut the fish into pieces. Put the canned oil over the bulgur, add lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well (this operation is best done by hand, so that the bulgur grain comes apart). Add the fish pieces, salad, onion and olives and mix again. Season with salt and pepper and add, if you want, lemon juice.
Eva's advice: if you want a spicy option, you can put a small hot pepper, cut very finely in the salad. Lettuce can be replaced with 200 grams of sweet corn (canned)

Tuna salad with boiled eggs

I had a craving for a tuna salad and having many country eggs in the fridge, I thought of this combination.
I ate such a salad from someone, but also with a yogurt sauce on top, but I preferred it simple.

  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cans of tuna fillets in olive oil (2 x 160 gr)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • juice from a lemon

Wash the eggs and boil them in water until they are covered.
Let them boil for 10 minutes, then drain the water and put cold water on them, possibly breaking them lightly, to clean them better.

We clean the onion, wash it and cut it into slices.
Add the slices over the lettuce and sprinkle a little salt over them.
We open the canned tuna and put the contents in a sieve to drain the oil, but not at all.
Let the fillet be lightly oiled, then sprinkle a little ground pepper on it and sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Add the egg slices over the onion and sprinkle a little salt over them.
Then add the fish fillet and serve the salad with gusto.
It is tasty and filling, it takes the place of a meal.


We prepare the ingredients for the potato salad with tuna and cream cheese

Wash the potatoes and boil them in water until they are covered.
When they penetrate well in the fork test, drain the water and pass the potatoes through a stream of cold water, then clean them. Chop the onion into scales, and cut the cucumbers into four lengthwise, then slice them thinly. Chop into cubes and peppers. Drain the pieces of tuna, brine in which they were preserved. We boil the hard-boiled eggs, clean them and chop them into cubes but also in a few slices for decoration.

Chop the potatoes into larger cubes, place them in a large bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper over them.

Today I suggest you try one of my favorite salads! Tuna salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, corn and a sweet and sour French sauce. On hot summer days, nothing is tastier than a salad with lots of vegetables and tuna.

The strong point of this salad was canned Lotka fillet tuna, in olive oil! Lotka products do not contain E's or preservatives and are rich in vitamins, minerals and Omega 3, and can be used in various dishes (salads, sandwiches, pasta recipes, etc.).

Tuna, Tomato and Cucumber Salad - Ingredients (2 people)

  • Put the salad in a bowl, add the tomatoes cut into 4, the cucumbers cut into suitable slices (not very thin), the julienned onion (into thin slices), black olives cut into slices or halves and the corn kernels.

  • Drain the fillet tuna in a bowl (keep the oil for the sauce) and break it into suitable pieces.
  • Add the tuna to the salad bowl and mix.

French salad dressing - Step by step preparation

  • Put the canned oil in a bowl, add the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard and salt to taste.
  • Mix the sauce with a fork until smooth.

If you want to use this sauce for other salads, without fish, use olive oil or even sunflower oil.

The sauce is added exactly when we want to serve the salad. In this way, the vegetables will remain crispy.
