Put in the pan with mashed potatoes and soy sauce
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, wash them well under running cold water and boil them in salted water until the fork easily penetrates the cubes.
The thighs are cleaned of the skin, rinsed in cold water and put in the hot pan in which I put three tablespoons of oil.
Sprinkle salt to taste and peppercorns, let the pieces of meat fry lightly on both sides, then add 100 ml of cold water and cover the pan, letting the meat cook over low heat until the water drops.
Fry the meat evenly on all sides, then turn off the heat and sprinkle the paprika over the pieces of meat.
Drain the water from the boiled potatoes, add the butter, then mix the potatoes until you get a firm paste.
Add as much warm milk as needed to get the desired consistency in the puree.
Serve the chicken with mashed potatoes over which we pour a little soy sauce.
If you like spicy food, don't hesitate to sprinkle a few different colored peppercorns.
Garnish with fresh parsley or celery leaves and serve.
