You will surely wonder what sandwich this can be from only three ingredients, and one of them being dill. Well, that's what my little one asks for in the package and twice more a week if possible. He loves dill, every time I make a sauce with yogurt or sour cream and he charges me if I didn't put dill. I recommend the dill from Kotanyi, it is green and very fragrant, although we also dried it this summer, in the shade, it turned yellow and it is not as good in taste as this one.
If it's not for the school package, we also add some granulated garlic.


Ingredient:

  • half a cup of flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • half a teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • half a cup of milk
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 6 pork chops
  • 6 tablespoons rapeseed oil

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • a cup and a half of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of sm & acircnt & acircnă
  • half a teaspoon of dried dill

Preparation of pork schnitzel with dill sauce:

  1. In an ad acacnc bowl, mix the flour, salt and pepper. In a second, slightly smaller bowl, mix the eggs and milk until smooth. & Icircnto a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and paprika.
  2. Beat the pork chop until it reaches a thickness of 1.4 centimeters. Pass the chops through a flour mix with spices and cover well on both sides. Then dip them in egg and breadcrumbs, until they are perfectly covered on all sides.
  3. & Icircntr a frying pan with & icircnalti walls, & icircnheat oil over medium heat. Add the pork chops, cooking for a maximum of 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden. Finally, take them out on a flat plate, remove the excess oil with a napkin, if necessary.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the flour with the broth, then add the composition to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. After it starts to boil, leave the pan on the fire for another 2 minutes, until the sauce starts to thicken.
  5. Reduce heat to low, mix everything with sm & acircnt & acircnă and dill and serve with chops.

You need:

  • 1 kg pork liver, 700 gr pork hearts
  • 400 gr meat with a little fat, 200 gr meat, 2 dill bindings

  • a tablespoon ground pepper, 30 g salt, 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 60 gr breadcrumbs, 2 green onion leaves, 14 quail eggs

Method of preparation:

We will boil, in a pot, the liver, the heart and the meat. From the moment they start to boil, we leave them on the fire for about half an hour. We froth from time to time. In a pan with hot oil, heat the onion until golden.

Both boiled and raw meat are passed through the mincer, using a 4.5 mm hole sieve. Put the onion through a mincer, then add the spices for the liver, dried thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Chop the dill and green onions and add them to the meat and onion mixture. We also add 5 raw eggs and breadcrumbs. The composition obtained is sufficient for two drob trays.

We put half of the composition in two cake trays, lined with baking paper. Add 7 boiled quail eggs, then cover with the remaining composition. Then grease with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped dill.

150 g sour cream with 15% fat
