it took:

In a bowl put flour over which we put the yeast diluted in warm milk, eggs, sugar, butter at room temperature and salt.

knead well until it becomes a non-sticky dough.

let the dough cool until it doubles in volume (at least).

filling:

peel the pumpkin and grate it.

cook in a pan with a little oil, add sugar.

when it has hardened, we put it aside and let it cool.

remove the dough from the cold, spread a sheet over which we put the filling.

roll and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

remove and after it has cooled, powder it with powdered sugar ...
