Pumpkin in the oven
We partially clean the zucchini, only in the areas with the peeled, beaten peel, then we slice them and sprinkle them with salt.
Beat the eggs, then incorporate the melted butter, milk and flour. We grind the garlic clove and add it to the composition.
Then add pepper, curry, pepper, dill and baking powder.
Drain the zucchini from the resulting juice and pour over the egg mixture.
Grease the pan in which we will bake the zucchini with butter, then place the zucchini in layers, pouring all the sauce over them.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the pumpkins, then put everything in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Let cool (who can: D), slice and serve.
