Method of preparation:

3.Wash and chop the dill. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

5. SALAD WITH NEW POTATOES

Ingredient:

-120 g of sardines preserved in oil

-the juice of half a lemon

-a tablespoon of olive oil

-salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

1.Wash the potatoes. Cut them into 3 parts and boil them in water until they are ready.

2.Cut the green beans into pieces. Put it in the pan with boiling water for 3 minutes before taking the potatoes off the heat.

3. Drain the water from the pan and let the vegetables cool.

4.Put the sardines, lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper to taste in the salad bowl. Grind and mix everything with a fork.

5. Add the finely chopped olives, potatoes and green beans to the salad bowl.

6. Add the olive oil. Stir. Let the salad soak for 15 minutes, then serve.

POTATO STEW WITH SMOKED SAUSAGES

A recipe simple and always appreciated by us, delicious and very easy to prepare,potato stew with smoked sausages .I ate it with great appetite with a simple tomato salad, but I will definitely do it again when the first round of assorted pickles is ready.

  • 350-400 g smoked sausages
  • 1 medium onion

The best potato stew

The other day I made a pear popcorn. Now, so that there is no confusion, it is poppy because I put a lot, a lot of paprika in it and it is pear because in some villages from Transylvania, potatoes are called & # 8222pere & # 8221. Otherwise, the food I'm showing you today is a potato stew, the best potato stew I've made so far. Not the best I ate, my grandmother made some that I don't know how to match. But I'm trying.

Let me tell you the story: I cut into strips about 80-100 grams of raw, smoked ham. I put a teaspoon of lard in a pan and browned the ham in the melted lard. I took out the ham on a plate and put in its place two finely chopped medium onions and a clove of crushed garlic.

In two or three minutes the onion began to bottle. I put the potatoes (a little over half a kilogram) on top of it, peeled and cut into small cubes. I mixed it in the pan for about ten minutes and then I put a cup of warm water over the potatoes. I let it simmer for five or six minutes and put two tablespoons of smoked paprika and a pinch of hot paprika on top of them. I added two tablespoons of mashed tomatoes. I stirred and let it boil for another five minutes.

I seasoned with salt and pepper, put the ham back in the pan and put out the fire. Then I ate. Stay healthy.


Potato Musaca Ingredient

  • 500 gr. potatoes
  • 400 gr. red, minced meat
  • 100 gr. onion

  • 50 gr. butter
  • 500 ml. whole milk

Personally, I prefer to boil potatoes, it seems to me a more convenient option.

Mashed potatoes with minced meat & # 8211 preparing the meat sauce

1. Peel and chop the onion, then harden for about 2 minutes in a saucepan with 4 & # 8211 5 tablespoons oil. Add the pepper, peeled and pitted, and finely chopped. Stir for another 3 minutes, over medium heat.

2. Add the minced meat, half a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of ground pepper, bay leaf, a tablespoon of dried thyme or other greens, as desired. Stir and fry over low heat until the water left by the meat decreases.

3. When it has reached this stage, fry it for about two more minutes in the remaining fat, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.

3. Turn off the heat and add the tomato sauce.

We generally use pork or a mixture of minced pork and beef for this recipe. Pork can be mixed with minced beef, this combination is one of the most common but you can also use minced beef, lamb, rabbit sheep or poultry breast.

Preparation of the white sauce

Assembling

1. Grease the heat-resistant dish with a thin film of oil and line with breadcrumbs. The dimensions of the form are 24 cm long / 17 cm wide.

2. Peel the boiled and cooled potatoes and cut them into half-cm slices. If baked potatoes are used according to the instructions above, this step is already exceeded.

3. In the bowl prepared for baking, place a third of the prepared potatoes, slice by slice or even slightly stacked on top of each other.

4. Over the first layer of potatoes, put half of the amount of meat sauce, put a third of the potatoes, the rest of the mince and then the third layer of potatoes.

5. Spread a generous layer of white sauce evenly over the muscat.

6. Put the pot in the oven over medium heat 20 & # 8211 30 minutes before serving the musacale, until it browns on top.

After 20 minutes of baking, sprinkle over the Bechamel sauce and grated cheese. Bake for another 4-5 minutes, for gratin.

SERVE

Taken out of the oven, this tasty mashed potato is sliced ​​and served with pickles, sauerkraut salad or a wonderful beetroot salad.

The dish served in individual portions is delicious but not necessarily good-looking because the layers cooked in the oven tend to disassemble once portioned.

Preparation: Wash the potatoes and peel them, boil them in salted water for 20 minutes.
Mix the cream with the cottage cheese, cheese and milk, salt and pepper.

Peel and chop the radishes and green onions, chop the green parsley, cut the tomatoes into cubes. Mix with the cheese composition, taste the salt and pepper again. Cover the hot potatoes with the sauce.

New potato soup with parsley

Ingredients: 150 g new potatoes, 50 g onions, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 750 ml boiled water with a soup spice, 125 ml white wine, 100 g cream, 1 bunch of parsley, salt, pepper.

Preparation: Wash the potatoes well and grate the thin skin. Peel an onion and cut it into quarters. Melt the butter in a saucepan, bring to the boil, then add the onion and potatoes and simmer for a while.

Add the boiled water with the spice, put the pot on the fire and when they are soft, pass them through a sieve, with all the liquid.

Add the wine, bring the soup to a boil, then add the cream. Taste the salt and pepper, and finally add the finely chopped parsley. The soup acquires a special taste if you add a nutmeg powder.

Baked chicken breast potatoes

Ingredients (4 servings): 1 kg of crumbled potatoes, 8 thin slices of chicken breast (80 g each), salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 1/4 l concentrated meat juice (spice + water).

Preparation: Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into very thin slices. Salt and pepper the slices of meat (on both sides) and place a layer of potatoes, a layer of meat, etc. in a form of oiled pudding. Peel the garlic, finely chop, mix with the rosemary needles and sprinkle over the potatoes. Pour the meat juice on top, put it in the oven heated to 220 degrees C and let it penetrate and au gratin for 35-40 minutes.
